We had the guys come out and remove a few items from our backyard. Communication was great...."we'll be there in 40 minutes" and they were. It seems so simple but with texting I don't understand why more businesses just try and let the customer know what's going on. We've used the guys three times in two years.

I submitted a quote request on a Sunday (not expecting to hear back until Monday) but they called me almost immediately and set up to come by the next day for a quote. Like most people during the COVID-19 quarantine, I did a ton of work around the house (cleaned out my garage, cut down a ton of branches, etc.) I never thought to use a junk removal company because I usually just used the city service. But, because the city's bulk removal service was down, all the junk kept staring at my face every day. A recommendation on NextDoor happened to catch my attention and I'm so glad it did. I requested a quote from Juggernau and they came within a few hours and now I'm a happy home owner with no more junk! Totally worth the $$$ and definitely plan to use them again since it was much more efficient and easier to have them do it vs. having to wait for the city to do the pick up in piecemeal. Since buying this home, one of the biggest eyesores was a poorly executed carport build. After a recent storm, it rendered a portion of it broken and likely to collapse soon with little help. I had contacted Shannon of Junkernaut on a Tuesday, by Thursday he had a crew onsite early in the morning and completely done by 5! All the while be professional and fun, transparent, and on focus! I can't say enough about Shannon and his team. They were EARLY - not just on time - worked nonstop, and did a greeat job demolishing the entire interior of our new home for an upcoming renovation. If they had a question, they moved on to another area until they could find out exactly what we wanted. They worked SOOO hard but also were having a good time together which is so nice to see a cohesive team.
