We had the guys come out and remove a few items from our backyard. Communication was great...."we'll be there in 40 minutes" and they were. It seems so simple but with texting I don't understand why more businesses just try and let the customer know what's going on. We've used the guys three times in two years.

The guys at Junkernauts were amazing! I submitted a quote request on a Sunday (not expecting to hear back until Monday) but they called me almost immediately and set up to come by the next day for a quote. They were super flexible and friendly. They even offered to move some other stuff for us while they were here and cleaned up after themselves.
